May 20th at 6:15 p.m. West Seattle Runner will be working with to host a Blue Jean Mile. Meet in our shop and we will be running at Hiawatha track. This event is dedicated to mental health awareness and asics will be donating to NAMI and hosting a giveaway.
Bring your own jeans but we will provide supplies to decorate them! We will also give space for people to share why they're running and/or who they're dedicating their mile to. We're looking forward to sharing this special event with you and hope you will join us!

Belated shoutout to our Saturday Group Run field trip to Lincoln Park! Thanks for coming out, it's nice to get a change of scenery every once and awhile.
We will be doing more field trips to Lincoln as we get closer to One Step Closer so people can feel prepped and familiar with the park!
