In preparing for what may be my last visit to Tanzania, I made a book of photos from visits over the years starting in 1989.
I left two books with my dear Datoga women friends and our guide Momoya.

Our Maasai guide of years ago, Tepoilit Ole Saitoti, who worked with the Ngorongoro Conservation, he was in the "Man of the Serengeti" at 18 years old, National Geo film- 1972. Saitoti would be turning in his grave to see the displacement of his people and culture. Adventure Associates is returning to Tanzania in 2024. Looking forward to amazing animal viewing and spending time with our Tatog and Hadzabe friends and children.

We spent the day horseback riding and sharing a meal at the ger of the Champlain Hunter, Jenisnek and his brother.

This year Golden Eagle Festival winner is Ay Moldir! She's 13 years old, the youngest and only the girl competed with 139 eagle hunters. What a competition to witness.
