New construction progress on Merit! Merit is a 210-unit garden-style apartment community composed of eight three-story residential buildings organized around a series of shared courtyards. The site plan emphasizes connectivity and walkability, with a centrally located community building serving as an anchor and primary gathering space for residents.

Check out the water views at The Millwright. This highly visible, mixed-use building at the south portal of the Fremont Bridge features 60 units, two-thirds of which boast water views a rooftop lounge, and lively retail spaces.
