Ganesh Vapes accepts returns on items bought directly through one of our official

websites. Refunds are only available for unused and unopened items bought within

thirty days of the return. Shipping will not

5-Year Limited Warranty Program

Ganesh Vapes backs all of our rechargeable products with a five-year limited warranty. Our five-year warranty is only valid if the products are bought directly through Ganesh

Vapes or one of our authorized retailers. If purchased from one of our authorized

retailers or other retail establishment, please keep your receipt as proof of purchase, as

it will be required for our Warranty Registration. Items will not be replaced with different

models or parts. All items being replaced are subject to a replacement fee that covers

the shipping and processing costs. Due to the hygienic nature, all disposable products
