Seattle JazzED is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization, which was founded in 2010 by a small group of volunteers and music educators, who wanted kids to get great music education opportunities, regardless of what school they went to or how much money they had. “I see a lot of bonding in that class, and I think that's why it's so popular,” said Courtney Clark, program director for Seattle JazzED. “Parents are looking for opportunities to introduce something new to their children, but also have the opportunity to do it with them.”
