As planned, our contract with Premera ends July 29th and with Aetna, July 17th.

I will continue billing, per network contract until these dates. I will continue with United, First Choice and PIP until further notice.

As I learn about what it means to be an out of network provider, I will be able to provide an itemized bill, as needed.

I can provide an envelope and a stamp for those of you who would like to drop your itemized bill in the mailbox located in the main entry at the bottom of stairs.

We have been so blessed in recent months with an increasingly full schedule and as such have reached capacity for our therapists to accommodate the needs of our clients. We are actively seeking to hire on one or two new therapists to join our staff. Just a heads up, if you have an appointment with us Wed Sept 6th or Thurs Sept 7th, you may hear some construction noise during daytime sessions due to roofing reconstruction. This is a once in 20 years occurance and we apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding.
