3/8 rack of lamb (we couldn’t decide between 1/4 and a 1/2, so, unlike our elected officials, we reached across the isle to make this happen) with roasted carrots, whipped Yukon gold mashed potatoes, fresh horseradish and our tasty au jus!

We are a bit obsessed with Dave Phinney and his skills, and now we get to have his new Merlot by the glass. It’s time we all forget THAT movie from 2 decades ago and take a look at the deliciousness of this California Merlot.
