Ask my friends and they will tell you how annoying I am with my camera :) I love how a camera can capture moments that become memories and can essentially freeze them in time. I believe that there is a huge different between taking pictures and creating art. My photography is a little quirky and colorful but ultimately captures the subjects personality entirely. Here are the results of my previous reel! I didn’t share sneaks of the entire set but here are just a few snaps of the last 17 minutes of the session. I get a ton of variety at your branding session so one look can turn into a lot of options for you!
I also love using paper backdrops that make sense for your branding colors. This espresso brown sort of gives off a leather vibe and leaving the bottom rolled up to expose the concrete gives a different vibe and I just loooooove it.
Book your branding shoot with me for this summer! Your brand deserves it 🫶🏼
Does you prefer when a photographer directs you into the pose or when they SHOW you the pose? I will ALWAYS show the pose and would never make you do anything I wouldn’t try myself 😆
Being in front of a camera can be awkward, but I embrace the weird. I typically preface with something like “this might feel weird but trust me, it’ll be cute…and if it’s not, DEEELETE”.
Also, I love when my clients come back to me for more branding and love it even more when they love their photos so much from before that we already know which poses they loved!
I tried something new with the backdrop today and I am obsessed. This espresso brown is ELITE and prepare for some family photos in front of this gal with the concrete floor below because it’s so good.
Head to my profile to see a couple sneak peeks of these photos from today 👀

Capturing mamas and their babies has to be one of my favorite things in the world. The sweet snuggles, the giggles, and the fierce feminine energy to protect and nurture at the same time.
This Sunday, my community group is partnering with one of our sister communities for a special Mother’s Day Gathering at one of our favorite places: .tacoma.
The event is free (link in bio) and there will be multiple vendors there to shop, including this backdrop and opportunity for motherhood portraits with me! You can simply take photos on your phone in front of the backdrop for free, or you can purchase a Polaroid OR micro digital session from me, similar to the photos you see here (with 3 hi-res images delivered 1-2 weeks after the event).
We cannot wait to see you there!!

I’ve been renting the 24-105 2.8 lens from for the last almost 2 years and I am thoroughly OBSESSED.
The range is exactly what I need as a family & wedding photographer and allows me to get the stunning photos I want while never switching camera bodies.
It’s a game changer tbh.
Today, she is officially mine 😍
I’ve worked my ass off for this thing, and I just cant wait for all the amazing sessions this summer!
I spent the 85° PNW May day inside (in the A/C!) capturing 8 clients headshots for them! I tried to cut down my video but I got it narrowed down to three parts ok?? And here is part TWO!
Setting up the studio and getting ready for my clients 🫶🏼
I absolutely LOVE my FJ400 II but I am learning a lot of trial and error: for example, the battery doesn’t last long when you’re using it for back to back to back mini sessions which I’ve learned for the 2nd time now 🫠🫣🙃 it’s fiiiiiiiine but a tough lesson to learn with clients in front of the lens. Luckily I’m excellent in a crisis and can pivot with the best of ‘em! Still love it and excited to learn more about strobe this year (thank you for always answering all my questions even if I could ask ChatGPT).
Part 3 is up on my feed soon!
Filming content is not for the weak you guys. Instead of a perfectly curated reel, you’re getting the actual REAL life version 😆 no trending audio, just the asmr of my regrets and heavy breathing.
It’s going to be like 3 parts just FYI.
Also I’m no longer giving AF about what I post and I’m just going to be me, something I should have done a long time ago…sound good?

I love the details 😍
I was going through some photos for a friend’s gift and I really just loved these ring shots (all of her/her husband’s rings) from their elopement with fam in Seattle and then their wedding day with everyone in Minnesota.
Which one is your fave? I love the monstera leaf one 🌿

I’m going to be super real with you right now: please please please do not wait to reach out to your photographer.
If you know you want photos in 2026, literally right now is the best time to connect. My link to inquire is in my bio. Let’s get that glorious face in front of my lens 😍
When is the worst time? October.
We will fit you in, but it’s definitely contributing to the mental breakdown we are going to have in December ☠️
In the PNW, we are entering the golden months for outdoor sessions. Take advantage and get on the radar now. Once we hit October, the weather starts to mess with our availability, the days start to be shorter, and the holidays are fast approaching.
If you don’t care about fall leaves, consider getting your session done in April, May or June! If you don’t want holiday specific, consider July, August or September.
That subtle shift in your session date allows you to get something checked off your to do list early, increase your chances of nice weather, and have an opportunity to do a story telling session with your family at a location that means the most to YOU.
So what are you waiting for, have you reached out?
Love,
Your fave photographer who is apparently on one right now 😆☠️ on behalf of all her photog phriends
I’m also laughing because this fam did get on my calendar last minute in October (so it’s possible!) BUT they were VERY flexible and we squeezed it in like a brief window of time on a weekday which makes life much easier than a fall weekend lol, so there ARE exceptions. If you’re going to reach out late you must be prepared to be FLEXIBLE AF.
