Simple things in life can bring so much joy. What can you do to brighten someone's day?

We had an incredible time serving in Haiti. Thank you to the mission team and the translators who made things so much easier. Look for a return trip in 2014.

How to help Typhoon Haiyan survivors The stories coming out of the Philippines are unimaginable. Rushing water and wind tearing children away from their parents' arms. A death toll that's over one thousand and will likely rise. A city of 200,000 in which no buildings appear to have survived intact.

We have another NGO partner for our mission to Haiti. Can't wait to meet and see the work they do. Check them out in advance at www.apparentproject.org We will be hosting a fundraiser for them in Seattle before our trip in December. Look for your invitation coming soon.
