Is Looking for a total of 7 guys that want consistent work. 3 of then lead guys (carpenters proficient in window and door installation that can manage a day to day schedule with reports, financials,and crew management.) The lead position pays 27-35 an hour Lead renovation certificate is a requirement fir this roll. If you do not have it we can get you certified upon signing on with Investment Contracting & Development .

Also looking fir 4 carpenter apprentices or general laborers that have a basic understanding of construction/renovation. This position pays 18-24 an hour DOE

Experience needed;

Painting, minor sheetrock repair, cleaning, able to lift 50 lbs, driver license w/ insurance,

Desired experience;

Plumbing finish trim out
Experience with a pump sprayer
Light carpentry

All positions will come with OTJ Training from on of our experienced leads.

Compensation is determined by experience

Starting wages vary from 18-25hr for full time employees
