Greenbridge Cafe is owned and operated by Chef Blanca Rodriguez (current owner of Pimienta Bar & Grill in Federal Way). Blanca was born in Guadalajara, Mexico. She grew up in a family of restaurateurs that loved to entertain and had a passion for food. Growing up, she often helped her mother prepare meal

After 11 and a half years serving the Greenbridge community, we’re officially closing our doors at this location and moving to . It’s a farewell to this space, but not to the food, the people, or the experience you know us for.
We’re stepping into a new chapter with our heads high. Same chef, same flavors—now in a new home where we can keep growing and creating.
Thank you for being part of our 11 and a half year story here. Make sure to follow us on social media for future updates. Our last day I’m West Seattle will be November 23rd. We can’t wait to welcome you to for the next one. 🌟

We are excited to announce we are blending the best of Greenbridge with our sister restaurant, Pimienta Bistro & Bar. We’re joining forces to create one amazing location.
Chef Blanca and her sister Alma will also be joining the team at Pimienta, continuing to serve the food you love.
