Ichinokura “Mukansa”
It’s a pleasure to welcome this one back (we’ve been pleading with the powers that be forever).

In case you’re not familiar, “mukansa” means something like unclassified or unjudged. The idea is that instead of submitting the sake to officials for classification the brewery would rather you taste it for yourself and pass your own judgment.

We happen to think Mukansa is an outstanding example of a chokarakuchi (super dry) honjozo that punches far beyond its weight while delivering fantastic cost performance.

Come try it yourself and see why we love our job so much! Kanpai!!
