It recently dawned on me that I completely neglected to make this final update here on this page. My apologies!
Nurture Ritual has reached the end of its journey back in September 2025.
I had a wonderful 15 years in business at the beautiful Capitol Hill location, and at the end of last summer it was finally time to move on.
I am profoundly grateful for all my dear clients who have come to see me there for many years and have enriched my life with their presence and support in deep and profound ways! 💖

For those wishing to continue their journeys with me in a new way, I am now working from home over zoom facilitating deep emotional integration energy healing sessions, spiritual guidance, support and mentorship, and Human Design, Gene Keys and Life Path readings for both individuals and relationships or parenting.

Both the Nurture Ritual website and email are now shutdown.

Hello everyone. I have some news and updates, and summer discounts I’d like to share with you today.

I know it hasn't been easy on many of us, and we've all experienced quite a bit of stress and trauma, both through the pandemic, and especially over the last few weeks and months with extremely unsettling events happening abroad and in our own backyard!
Summer is hopefully right around the corner though, which means now is a great time to refresh your skin care routine, update your products, and recommit to self-care in order to call joy, pleasure, and sanity back into your body and into your life! We've all been through a lot, and we all deserve a bit of extra pampering and TLC at this time!
Services like the Triple Oxygen Facial or The Lift Micro-current and LED Light Facial are a perfect fix for the lingering post winter and post "everything else" blues! For those of you who are feeling extremely stressed out and out of sorts, I would suggest booking either a Reiki or a Core Restructuring - Emotional Release Therapy session to help you regroup, reset, release, and get back into your body. All energy work services are available both in-person or via Zoom.

I have also created a separate page called Reiki and Beyond, where I will be posting content that is more focused on mindfulness, healing, and spirituality, and where I will be making announcements about special events, and free healing masterclasses and meditation sessions. Dear friends and clients!
As many of you know, I have been forced to temporarily suspend offering skin care services due to clients having to be without a mask during those specific treatments. I should be able to re-start those as soon as I get vaccinated, and will keep everyone posted on when that happens.
In the meantime, Reiki Energy Healing is a great way to keep yourself stress-free and grounded, and to work through many issues: mental, emotional, physical or spiritual. The sessions may be done either in-person or via Zoom. Both options are equally powerful.
For those of you interested in learning to do Reiki for yourselves and your loved ones, or becoming actual professional Reiki practitioners, I do also teach Reiki 1, 2, & Master levels. I can either teach one-on-one in-person or via Zoom, or group classes are available via Zoom only. Please contact me for more information, if you are interested in becoming a student.

Feeling profoundly grateful to all my clients for allowing me to do Distance Reiki energy healing work for them! It has been an incredible gift to be able to help people release, and ground, and let go of their fear and anxiety all from the comfort and safety of my own home, while they are in the comfort and safety of their’s!
Today I have had my first client who has a confirmed case of COVID-19. I got to see and energetically touch the disease. It looked like an energy vortex with a black hole-like center that was sucking and draining the life out of her. I also got to see and energetically touch this person’s poor lungs. They were raw and scarred. It was very emotional! We processed a ton of grief. I will keep everyone updated once I hear back from my client in a couple of days to see how she is feeling.
I am somewhat speechless and deeply humbled by the whole experience at the moment.
