Meet Mike.

Mike grew up on the Eastside of Seattle and still has deep roots in and throughout the greater Seattle area. He has been a licensed home inspector for three years after serving in the non-profit housing sector for many years.

His experience, understanding of real estate and ability to communicate effectively with clients make him an invaluable asset to our clients as they navigate the real estate market.

Mike and his family call South Seattle home and he enjoys spending time on the baseball field with his three sons, exploring in nature and hanging out at their neighborhood pool.

Meet Nathan.

I have been a home inspector since 2017 and have inspected more than 2,500 homes to date. I know home buying/selling can be stressful, I try to take some of that stress away by providing a thorough inspection of a home and answer any questions the buyer/seller may have. I am there for the client to provide peace of mind on a home so they have confidence in the home they are wanting to sell or purchase.

I have an extensive background in construction and home inspection. This allows me to leverage that experience and perspective to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients in this competitive real estate market. I excel and take much pride in client communication and client education.

When not inspecting, I love to be out in nature with my wife and two kids hiking, backpacking and just exploring the beautiful area we live in.

Hello! We’d like to officially introduce ourselves!

We are a local family owned and operated business in Western Washington. Founder Nathan and his wife Erika have lived in the Maple Valley area their whole lives. With two kids, they decided to start their own inspection company because it would allow them to spend more time with their kids. Family is very important and time goes so fast that they want to have as much of it with them as they can. Having been in the industry for several years, Nathan brings his expertise as a home inspector and Erika, a professional bookkeeper by trade, holds down the accounting side of things.

After meeting up in the home inspections world, they then partnered up with Mike Nienaber and his wife Ashley, who share a love of family, the PNW and all things home related. Mike brings his home inspection experience and excellent customer service skills, while Ashley shares her passion for social media and marketing.
