A sound bath is exactly what it sounds like, except there's no water involved. 😌 You simply lie down, get comfortable, and let the vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and drums do the rest.
It's one of the most deeply relaxing experiences we offer, and your nervous system will thank you for it.
Here's what to expect:
✨ A few minutes of gentle movement to arrive
✨ A short guided meditation to settle in
✨ A full sound bath to let go
Blankets, bolsters, and blocks provided. Bring a pillow, eye mask, or anything else that helps you feel at home.
