We’re proud to share that Homewood Suites by Hilton Santa Maria has been recognized as a 2025 Hilton Development Award winner in the Conversion category.

This project represents what’s possible when vision meets ex*****on. This 197-room hotel was transformed into a fully reimagined extended-stay experience, with full kitchens in every suite and thoughtfully upgraded amenities throughout.

A huge thank you to our partners at BHG Hotels, along with Naran Construction and Level 3 Design Group, for bringing this transformation to life. We couldn't be more thrilled to share what this recognition represents.

One of the most meaningful moments from last week’s conference? Coming together to give back.

During our community charity activation, our teams partnered with Portland Backpacks to assemble hundreds of backpacks filled with essential supplies for local students in need. What started as a room full of materials quickly turned into something much bigger—teams rolling up their sleeves, working side by side, and showing exactly what our culture is all about.

This wasn’t just an activity. It was a powerful reminder that when our people come together, we create real impact beyond our hotels and into the communities we serve.

Proud of this team. Proud of this partnership. And proud to support organizations like Portland Backpacks who are making a difference every day.
