Tucked inside a Shell station in Silverdale, WA there’s . For a little over a year now, Mark and his family have been dishing up island classics like their famous mochiko chicken and meat jun to anyone and everyone here on the mainland.

Get in the car, take the ferry or do whatever you have to do to make it over to the peninsula because this is the spot.

Putting more energy into shooting food this year —the people making it, growing it and eating it. So you have any recommendations of restaurants, cafes, farms, etc.. in the PNW or beyond, let me know! I want to try it all and capture the moments along the away 🤘
