But when it's her own fans doing the slating....my jaw drops.

Mother made a stunning tribute to one of the world's most famous actresses in the form of archived footage with her song playing over it....using exclusively a montage of clips from Elizabeth Taylor's most iconic films and appearances in public.

Because....you know...the song is called ELIZABETH TAYLOR.

I could go on and on about this but I'll try to keep it brief (for me....🤣🙈)

Firstly, Taylor owes you NOTHING. Because she's already given more than most would in 100 lifetimes artistically.

How ANYONE can call that woman lazy is beyond me. Also, those comments reek of bed rotting.

What she has ACTUALLY done:

Paid $10 million dollars to Elizabeth Taylor's estate for permission to use the footage.

All proceeds from streamed video are being donated to ETAF (Elizabeth Taylor Aids Foundation) which was set up in 1991 by Elizabeth to provide support services and education for those affected by HIV/AIDS.

Gave us another icon to gaze at. I knew of Elizabeth's philanthropic efforts but now I'll be watching all of her films. Immediately.

The video is iconic, addictive and sublime.

And perhaps the BEST and most beautiful comment I've read so far was on Instagram.

It read "thank you Taylor Swift for lifting up the AIDS community with this generous gift. Coming from someone with AIDS. My favourite song on TLOASG and expected nothing less than the Queen herself"
