I really do promise to get the review of that IPA I brought back from Mexico up sometime in the next week (or next 6 months!) ;)
Happy National IPA Day peeps! Which IPA are you drinking today to celebrate? :D
Turns out the Mexican craft beer scene was harder to crack than I thought, but I can say that I have returned and I have in my possession a genuine bottle of Mexican IPA, 60 IBU's and 8.0% abv. You can expect a review soon and an explanation of what I discovered about the fledgling craft scene (at least as far as the Yucatan is concerned) :D
Apologies for the inactivity, I need to get on the blogging bandwagon again! Just a little bit of good news: I was just hired as the Assistant Brewer and the new Hi-fi Brewing Company, so so so excited for that! :D
Recently I've been drinking a lot of German beers, mainly Hef's and Pale Lagers...what kind of beers have you been drinking for summertime so far?
