To better align with increased costs to travel to job sites, I will increase my travel fees to be exactly 10% of my hourly service fees.

Effectively immediately, new travel fees to job sites (one way) will be 10% of my hourly service fees, charged on an hourly basis.

The new one way travel fees will break down to:
$2.20 per hour or $0.03 per minute.

Rates will change to the following on January 1, 2026:

$22 / Hour Service Fee ($0.37 / Minute)
$1 / Hour On-Site Travel Fee ($0.02 / Minute)
Travel Fee is only for travel to your location for on-site services and is clocked as soon as I leave my office.
$5 Emergency Service Fee
This fee is only for same day on-site services, if I'm available.

I now offer official office hours:
Monday: 9AM-6PM
Tuesday: 9AM-6PM

To better align with the Minimum wage of the City of Seattle - of which my office is based out of - I will be increasing the rates as follows:

Hourly Service Fee will now be $20
This will increase the minute rate to $0.33

This change will go in affect January 1, 2024.

I should also note that I've upgraded to PayPal Zettle. So I can accept exact cash, check, and chip cards alongside PayPal and Venmo.

Some big changes:
Don't listen to Google! I had an account issue with Google and had to change accounts. I'm still trying to resolve my "business status" with the new Google account - until then, Google will not list me.

I am still around and offering my services.

A new year is upon us, and the state of WA adjusted their Mimimum wage again, so my services are now $16/hour.

Rates will be going up to $15 per hour January 1, 2022.

Made a slight change in the billing system. Still use Paypal/Here (for on-site credit card payments). However, I have finally added the travel fee ($1/hour) and added options for a per minute breakdown of both the Hourly Service and Hourly Travel fees. So all billing now will be by Quantity to reflect each minute/hour. The minute fee is the hourly fees/60.

Hourly rates have been increased to $14/hour for all services. Also, all on-site services will now incur a $1/hour travel fee to your location. These updates are now listed on my website as well.

Hourly rates will have to be increased to $14/hour starting January 1st due to the WA State Minimum wage increase.

I may be able to now refocus on having Dtech as a full fledged part time time, replacing the 2 days a week that were reserved for a part time cleaning job. The contract for the cleaning job has ended, leaving me with more time to work with my customers here outside my full time hours with another company.
