Sound Injury Law

We see an increase in auto injury cases this time of year - pedestrians, passengers, and drivers. Please slow down, allow some extra time to get where you are going, and avoid distractions. We would be totally cool with not having any auto injury cases among our caseload. Take care of each other.

Why it seems like Seattleites are terrible at driving in the rain Nearly every time precipitation hits, whether its a drizzle or a deluge, there seem to be traffic catastrophes all over the place. Is it the rain, or is it us?

The dissent is a fun read.

"Mr. Patnode's behavior was juvenile, childish, oafish, puerile, immature, infantile, and lame. It would not have even qualified as a bad junior high school prank in a less sophisticated time. He was annoying, but he was not outrageous."

So, the prank was not even high school level, or even of the level found in 80's teen movies.

Another gem: "Mr. Patnode is clearly a bad neighbor, but he also is bad at being an outrageous one."
