Unpopular opinion: the “budget” realtor is actually your most expensive mistake. 📉💸

Bargain shopping for an agent literally just gets you zero strategy, weak marketing, and absolute radio silence while your house sits on the market. If they can’t negotiate their own worth, they definitely are not fighting for yours. 🚩

A top-tier agent doesn’t cost you money—they protect your equity. Hire sharp, not cheap.
