Moonly is an alt-pop project from the greater Seattle area led by Dimitri Pinto. Dimitri grew up in a household where any form of art was encouraged.
An unusual pairing of modern singer-songwriter lyricism with a rhythmic electronic underscore, Moonly is an alt-pop project from the greater Seattle area led by Dimitri Pinto. Although influenced by artists such as Coldplay, Thirty Seconds to Mars, and Weezer, it is Moonly’s introspective lyrics laid against a soundscape of lush electronic textures that excuse it from an “indie-rock” label. I’m so proud of these two tracks, you guys. They’re really special to me and I hope they connect with you as much as they have for me. I’ve been in a bit of a standstill creatively and these two tracks really represent my breaking out of that and getting back to what’s been so important to me for so long, making music.
