Niche essentials! Space for products and a handy toe niche for the ladies!

This is one of our favorite kinds of projects: a family who trusted us enough to come back.

We first renovated their basement. Then they came back for a second-floor addition and a full reimagining of their main floor in Victory Heights.

The results include a dream kitchen built into a tight footprint, a dining room built-in that hides an HVAC run in plain sight, and a custom entryway valet station — complete with display shelving for a collection that includes three Emmy Awards.

Pattern Play Done Right

The combination of soft blue tile, bold geometric wallpaper, and layered textures gives this bathroom so much personality while still feeling clean and calming. From the full glass shower to the custom niches and mixed materials, every detail was designed to make this space feel elevated and unique.

There’s something about the soft curve that instantly makes a space feel more custom, elevated, and inviting. A simple detail with a huge impact.

Small kitchen. Big transformation. Zero square footage added.

This Edmonds kitchen was stuck in the 1970s; cramped, cluttered, and not working for how our clients actually live. We redesigned everything within the existing footprint: custom pull-out pantry cabinets, drawer-style lower storage, open shelving by the sink, and a smarter layout that opened the whole space up.

Oh - and we gained 12 inches of cabinet space just by removing an old wall heater!

This is what thoughtful design can do. No addition. No gut. Just smart decisions, made one inch at a time.
