We’re kicking things off with two practices every week:
📍 Wednesdays | 7:15 PM – 9:00 PM
Dale Turner YMCA Shoreline
📍 Saturdays | 2:45 PM – 5:00 PM
Ballard Community Center

💥 Whether you’ve played for years or have never touched a handball before — this is the perfect chance to jump in, learn, and be part of an amazing team sport.

🏃‍♂️ Expect fast-paced action, great workouts, new friends, and plenty of fun on the court. Handball is growing in Seattle, and we can’t wait to see new and familiar faces this season.

Seattle HC teamed up with .handball to participate in the as Cascadia Handball (with some additional support from Saskatchewan, California and Connecticut). Over 5 games in 4 days in Las Vegas, new friendships were formed as we competed against teams from across the U.S. and Europe and showed the world how we play Handball in the Pacific Northwest. 🤾💪🫸🫷💙💚
