I thought I was healthy.

But looking back… I was just surviving.

1. I thought more intensity was always better.
More workouts. More stress. More caffeine. More pushing. I ignored recovery completely and wondered why my anxiety, fatigue, and binge eating kept getting worse.



2. I thought exhaustion was normal because I was “high-performing.” Brain fog. Afternoon crashes. Waking up tired. I normalized feeling terrible because everyone around me did too.



3. I used fitness as punishment instead of support.
I trained hard even when my body was begging me to slow down. I thought discipline meant ignoring myself.



4. I underestimated how much nervous system dysregulation affects everything:

Your sleep.
Your cravings.
Your mood.
Your relationships.
Your ability to think clearly.

Everything is connected! ♾️



5. I kept searching for the perfect supplement, diet, or protocol. But none of it mattered until I fixed the foundations:

sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, recovery.



6. I didn’t realize how disconnected I was from nature, stillness, and myself.

Sunlight. Walking. Breathing. Slowing down.

Those things changed my life more than any “hack” ever did.



7. I thought I needed more willpower. What I actually needed was a system that supported my life.
