We are excited to introduce our newest development, the B Side. The B Side represents our first foray into the Boise market and will deliver 41 apartment units over existing retail. The project is an adaptive reuse of the former Safari Inn Hotel, designed to breathe new life into the building, while uncovering architectural details that had been hidden for 50 years. An intriguing balance of historic and modern elements gives the building a unique character that celebrates both Boise’s past and future.

We made it through 2020 😅and are excited to introduce all the fun things on the books for this year.

Here is a first look at our newest mixed-use development ‘Stone & Allen’. Located on Stoneway, our project will bring 42 residential units over 2,600 SF of retail space to Seattle’s Wallingford neighborhood. We successfully completed the design review process and are looking forward to getting started with construction this Fall!
