The Wilder will deliver 79 apartment units with a focus on relaxation and fostering community. The project maximizes unit efficiency and access to light and air through the creation of a lushly planted interior courtyard. With its unique, natural design elements inside and out and sweeping views of the city, The Wilder creates a comforting, modern living space, including patios on select residences and a roof deck with sweeping views of Downtown Seattle.
The site's frontage on E Pine Street allows for a jewel-box retail amenity within the building.

2020 Building Excellence Awards | City of Boise Each year the city partners with BOMA Idaho to recognize organizations, businesses and individuals that built a new building or completed a building remodel that made Boise safer, more accessible to citizens, featured a unique design, or was environmentally sustainable.

We are excited to introduce our newest development, the B Side. The B Side represents our first foray into the Boise market and will deliver 41 apartment units over existing retail. The project is an adaptive reuse of the former Safari Inn Hotel, designed to breathe new life into the building, while uncovering architectural details that had been hidden for 50 years. An intriguing balance of historic and modern elements gives the building a unique character that celebrates both Boise’s past and future.

After last night’s successful EDG presentation, we are looking forward to diving into all the fun details for our newest 79-unit mixed-use development in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood!

Here is a first look at our newest mixed-use development ‘Stone & Allen’. Located on Stoneway, our project will bring 42 residential units over 2,600 SF of retail space to Seattle’s Wallingford neighborhood. We successfully completed the design review process and are looking forward to getting started with construction this Fall!
