AECO’s efforts to combat marine plastic pollution get another boost as AECO member Ship to Shore donates 3,321 USD from their 1% for the Planet fund towards Clean Seas education, reduction and cleanups. Ship to Shore has committed to making a second donation at a later point in time. Thanks to Ship to Shore’s initiative, AECO is now a registered non-profit partner with 1% for the Planet, a global movement that connects donors with environmental causes. A big thank you to Ship to Shore for supporting Clean Seas!

Celebrating 25 years of of extraordinary Antarctic experience! Ship to Shore continues to be the World's leading Expedition Cruise Outfitting Service and are proud to have been a member of IAATO for nearly 20 years.
IAATO 25 attendees joined Annie and Lorraine for a high tea in Rhode Island. This was a wonderful opportunity for Ship to Shore to thank IAATO members for their hard work and dedicated commitment to the Antarctic Community.

Ushuaia, Argentina will be one of the film locations for The Revenant, staring Leonardo DiCaprio! Ushuaia is a small town but big on international travel and shipping. It’s also the hub of our gear/boot rental program for travelers to Antarctica and an incredibly beautiful part of the world. Don't forget to wear layers if you're visiting in winter.
