Movement From Within

I work with clients to facilitate a graceful healing process. I believe that all healing comes from within.

This is accomplished by improving self-awareness skills to take charge of their lives and self-healing. I work through one-to-one sessions based on principles of The Feldenkrais Method, Healing Qi Gong, and Insight Meditation. This allows more comfort, ease, and grace in coordinating moving, thinking, feeling and sensing. Ultimately, I help people make a transformative learning process within them
