Steve from Lanikai Brewing Company in Hawaii visited us in late-October to brew a new sour farmhouse ale with our friends from Imperial Yeast and Sleight Beer Lab!
We tapped this new beer TODAY And it’s called Everybody’s HI. We used a kviek yeast by Sleight Labs and Steve brought a strain of Lactobacillus harvested from his farm in Hawaii to create a Norwegian-style farmhouse. The result is a truly unique fruity sour beer that will take your tastebuds on a trip around the globe to Norway, Hawaii and right back to White Salmon, Washington.
