Bargaining continues with Encore technicians working under an expired contract for over ten months, and Encore refuses to budge on wages in one of the most expensive cities in the country. Enough is enough! Value people! Do the right thing! Fair wages now!

Encore owes workers a new proposal, but instead of coming to the table, they’re at the Sheraton to talk directly to workers about negotiations. We are outside to answer questions and show Encore that no one is buying their BS, so come say hi!

We stand together, we fight together! Encore needs to quit dragging their feet at the bargaining table and agree to fair wages for the technicians that make Encore's events possible! Workers will not stay silent, and will not be ignored! FAIR WAGES NOW!
