"Dear Marcia, I was out visiting my parents in Pennsylvania when I ran into a perplexing Wileyware dilemma that I hope you can help me with. I am wondering if you have any phrases you have used in the past to remedy this situation? Thank you for the lovely glassware and for making the world more sparkly." Albert.
