I'm listening to my entire record collection! Album 136- Contraband Countryband, Stopgap Souvenirs LP 2025 self release Do you wanna see a dead body? 😏 I don't think it picks up well on this video, but in this part (which is a live recording) the guitar sounds like an electric jug á la 13th Floor Elevators and if there's one thing to know about me, it's that I f*x wit electric jug (jk there are like four more things to know about me.) Also, we're experimenting here by tagging an artist in a video for the first time. I don't normally because my view has been that perhaps they don't want to know the deranged thoughts of a middle aged woman in regards to their art and I can leave them in ignorant bliss. But then I thought, I'd want to know if someone is engaging with my work, especially if they're a freak. What are your thoughts as both audience and artists? No CBCB gigs coming up, but or rhythm section, Jeff Jackson and Scott Adams, are playing with their other project Kitsune at the the Mountain Room with Nosretep & White Diamonds on Feb 12. Gonna be a night of righteous heavy!

Had a great time at our last minute gig at the Destination Roadhouse at Angle Lake Station last December and they've invited us back for another show this Saturday. Hop on the Light Rail and come on down to Angle Lake for some Saturday CBCB!

Shout out to and their new album! Kled is one of Seattle's longest standing all time great weirdo bands. I think any general descriptors fail to capture the glory of Kled, but trust us when we say you need this type of madness in your life.

We love Kled so much that we enlisted bassist Jeff Jackson in the CBCB camp years ago and drummer Brian Oppel appears on the 20-minute title track of our 2020 album, "All Night Party." CBCB guitarist Simon Henneman also has an experimental instrumental shred duo with Brian, Authentic Luxury. Itinerant CBCB drummer/guitarist Kory will wax nostalgically about seeing Kled in Montana.
