Fried Chicken & Biscuits with aleppo butter and spicy maple drizzle. Oxtail Chilaquiles, slow-braised and built for a Sunday. Washington Oysters with rosé mignonette. The Bloody Mary you’ll still be thinking about on Monday.

Executive Chef Nick’s team breaks down a whole Pacific halibut in-house, then pan roast it with lemon caper beurre blanc, baby zucchini, and add potato croquette, dill, and fennel pollen.

Pan roasted Pacific halibut, crisp potato croquette, charred baby zucchini, lemon caper beurre blanc, dill, fennel pollen.

Our Fresh Sheet is new, and it’s where our kitchen plays with what’s best right now. It changes often, so when something catches your eye, come in before it’s gone.

Weekend dinner at 2120.

Pastrami-rubbed duck breast with sweet potato purée and creamed mushroom. Rabbit arancini to start. Beet salad to balance it out.

Candlelight, a glass of red, and nowhere else to be.
