Our collaborative rehabilitation of Everett’s historic Weyerhaeuser Office Building brought this 1923 landmark back to life. Now home to The Muse Whiskey & Coffee, it continues to showcase the beauty and legacy of Pacific Coast timber in Everett.

Can you believe it’s been 11 years since we completed the Joseph Arnold Lofts project? Time flies when you’re building beautiful things! 🙌✨
This project was a game-changer for us—an incredible mix of creativity, teamwork, and a whole lot of coffee ☕. From the groundbreaking to the final brick, the Joseph Arnold Lofts became one of the highlights of our portfolio, and we couldn’t be prouder of what we accomplished together.
Here’s to all the hard work, memories, and the awesome people who made it happen. Here’s to the next 11 years (and more!) of building greatness! 🏗️🎉

Okay, we’re a little late to share this, but it’s too good to skip! 😅 Last month, our President Holly took the stage at the State of Seattle Bisnow event, and as always, she delivered some smart, thoughtful insights on the future of Seattle’s real estate market. We might be biased, but she definitely made us proud! 🙌
Better late than never, right? 😉
