Getting to share space, collaborate, and cook alongside so many incredibly talented Filipino chefs from all across the US was pure magic. Our community is growing, our flavors are expanding, and our hands are ready for what’s next. 🇵🇭❤️

Next week marks the final days of our Spring Experience. As the seasons shift, our kitchen is turning its focus toward the distinct warmth, light, and abundance that only a Pacific Northwest summer can bring.
Our Summer Experience begins this June.
We look forward to sharing the season’s stories, flavors, and memories with you around the table. For those planning ahead, reservations for the month of July will open on June 1st at 2:00 PM PST.
