With much fondness to you all for your support of our business, we want to let you know that we have decided to close.

Rudy is taking some time off through Labor Day Weekend and savoring these last weeks of summer. The Roost’s temporary hours are 3-8 M-F; 9-8 Saturday; and 9-3 Sunday.

How about a little Chicken Étouffée to get your weekend started? The classic Louisianan dish served with two hush puppies.

We’re brunching ’til 3. A lucky diner just received a Linguiça Scramble: Housemade Portuguese sausage, Monterey Jack, onions, roasted Anaheim, poblano and bell peppers, and house potatoes with green chile sour cream and pico de gallo.

! Our Friday & Saturday night dinner special is greeting the weekend deliciously: Seared pork tenderloin, red pepper relish, and red wine risotto cakes with fontina and parmesan.
