ENRG is a brokerage built for innovators—where your goals are supported, your talents are celebrated, and your future is yours to create. Boutique by design.
Experience the ENRG difference. Virtual by choice. Innovative by nature.
Tori Mamolo has built a successful real estate business in Louisiana and Mississippi, and when Charles Boyett asked her what made her choose ENRG, the answer wasn’t the splits or the technology. Those are good, and she said so. What moved her was the leadership and the years of experience behind it, and the sense that people here know her by name.
She came from two brokerages where that feeling never quite landed. At ENRG she found something more personable, a place where the culture and the community are the point rather than the pitch. When her colleague Speedy mentioned he was making the move, Tori didn’t hesitate. She was coming too.
We see it the same way she does. The economics matter, but the relationship is what we’re built around.

This is what agent-focused actually looks like in practice.

One year in, Chief Brokerage Officer Donnie Pingaro almost missed his ENRG anniversary. He found out the morning of, then sat down to write what building a brokerage in 2026 actually taught him, skipping the highlight reel for the real notes.
Thirty years in real estate have led him to the idea that the work is mostly about deciding what to ignore, and what he chooses not to ignore says a lot about how ENRG is built: letting agents be agents, building for the professional who knows they could do more with the right backup, and staying personal while the industry gets bigger.

Patrick Easter of Easter & Easter in Austin, Texas came to ENRG for the people inside it. He talks about wanting a cohesive group of givers, agents who care about each other's success as much as their own, and the symbiotic relationships that come from working alongside people who get it.
He also knows that when he reaches out on the HUB (our intranet), he hears back within a couple of hours. That kind of support, he says, is invaluable, and he's in it for the long term.
I AM ENRG.
The industry is shifting and even agents who were happy are starting to explore. Charles Boyett and Donnie Pingaro put it plainly in this conversation: there's a lot of different logos out there offering very similar experiences, and agents are starting to notice.
ENRG was built to be a different answer to that. Not a variation on the existing model — a genuinely different approach to what a brokerage can be and how it supports the people inside it. Boutique in feel, national in reach, and built with a level of care that doesn't disappear as the company grows.
If you're in that look period, or you know someone who is, this is worth a watch. enrg.realty
After a long search, Patrick Easter, Broker Owner of Easter & Easter, found what he was looking for at ENRG: leadership he could trust, and the tools to actually run his business well.
That combination is harder to find than it should be. We built ENRG around it.
If you're in a similar place, we'd love to talk.

ENRG In Flow | Agent Spotlight
Thomas Aleksander | San Diego County, CA
Thomas Aleksander has been performing classical piano in front of a small soiree group, imperfectly and on purpose. He's also been humbled by an actual golf course after months of looking good on the driving range. He'll tell you both experiences have been instructive.
"Both have been good reminders not to wait for perfection before putting yourself out there and doing it."
It's the same philosophy he brings to his business. The San Diego group's collaborative culture is what's working right now: agents hosting open houses for each other, sharing strategies, keeping momentum in a market that asks a lot. Maxa handles the quick design work and RealScout integrates into his client communication without friction.
What he loves about ENRG: "Agent-focused and collaborative without being overly corporate. The flexibility to structure my business in a way that makes sense for both me and my clients, without a lot of unnecessary layers or approvals."
Proud to have you on the team, Thomas. The Connector
Thomas serves La Jolla, Point Loma, San Diego Metro, and surrounding communities throughout San Diego County.

Welcome to the team Barbara!
Agents have been sold the same revenue share story at brokerage after brokerage, and most of them know it.
ENRG VP of Growth Charles Boyett puts it plainly: what's different here is that ENRG is actually production-focused, with the culture and relationship to back it up. Those two things aren't in conflict, and agents are tired of being told they have to choose between them.
If you're curious what that looks like in practice, Director of Marketing Teri Conrad has a straightforward answer: Go to our website. You can have it all. >> enrg.realty
