FYI: Some of you may have noticed phone issues this morning, particularly some earlier iPhone users. For example - does your iPhone not make calls, and show an SOS (*for emergency calls only)?

Hey - just a quick note to advise that we are on a wave of odd malware phishing right now. A lot of folks are reporting emails with PDF attachments (Do NOT Open these!) that are threatening, and have blurry pictures of the street sign in your neighborhood. (It is pretty easy to find street signs on Google Maps - easy to match stolen addresses and signs - not personal)

Do not open the attachment - it is meant to scare you - with blackmail threats. These have been around in some form or the other for 6 or more years... Your contact data was on some data broker site that got hacked, and anyone can by your name, address, etc from the darkweb. There are hundreds of leaks like this.

They are just trying to freak you out enough to scare you into paying them money. A fair amount of it.

If you get one, let me know, or just put it into your junk/spam folders.
