In alignment with Department of Defense (DoD) Instruction 5400.17 and recent Executive Orders issued by the President, the U.S. Army has reviewed and adjusted its social media content to ensure compliance with DoD policies and priorities. As a result, certain posts have been removed, are in a process of being removed or modified to maintain consistency with federal guidance and uphold the integrity of our official communication channels. Last week, we had the privilege of connecting with the incredible students at Garfield High School as we shared the many ways that the U.S. Army can jumpstart a career no matter one’s interests.

Huge thanks to Civilian Aide to the Secretary of Army Mr. Tay Yosh*tani for joining us on the encounter as his professional expertise provided several insights on how to best connect with students.

What a great week for Seattle Company!

As high schools begin to enter their summer hiatus, we are ecstatic about opportunities to celebrate the accomplishments of all students as they rightfully get a chance to step away from classes and enjoy a beautiful summer in Seattle.

Thankfully, Seattle Company was invited to Albert Talley High School to attend their Field Day, where we bonded with faculty and students via food, football, and of course physical fitness. Whether graduating this year or not, we hope all students had an exciting day and continue to have a summer filled with lifelong memories!

This week, Seattle Company brought our soon-to-be high school graduates/Future Soldiers to Joint Base Lewis-McChord for Armed Forces Day.

Through military equipment instruction, sports challenges, and a fantastic meal at Lancer Bistro DFAC, it was incredible opportunity to celebrate the commitment that these students made to serve their country!

This weekend, Seattle Company represented at the 10-Miler competition held at JBLM on a wonderfully blue-sky day. The competition was stiff (from both two-and four-legged creatures), but Seattle showed toughness and grit throughout the race!

Last week, Seattle Company was able to honor PFC Nguyen of Evergreen High School with the Army Achievement Medal.

While on a temporary assignment to help assist with Army recruiting, PFC Nguyen showed special dedication to our recruiting efforts and made numerous positive impacts within the communities that we serve.

PFC Nguyen shows that, no matter the rank, all members of the military can make an impact to help support our recruiting efforts!
