Each unit gets its own solar panel array, which generates just barely enough electricity to live on for an entire year. You probably gotta use the smart shades, smart thermostats, and good judgment to truly conserve within this energy budget.

You typically gotta pay $80/month for true 1GB Internet from fiber providers here in Seattle, but it's only a $40/month surcharge at Nook Studios.

Base monthly rent ranges $1,060 and higher for upper floors.
