One of the fun parts of doing repair work is the unique stuff customers bring in. Today we had this awesome vintage WW2 era RCA 76-B2 Consolette and a legendary Gates SA-39 compressor come to us for complete refurbs. Now to time to get these beauties back to life!

Another fine product from McIntosh; the C2200. This unit came in with a failed voltage regulator and faulty muting circuitry. All is well and back home kickin’ out the jams MF. ✌️

Often a single bad component can bring your expensive and complicated piece of audio equipment to a screeching halt. On this UA interface we had one bad capacitor that shorted across the input to one of the ~6 internal power supplies. The difficult part was determining which one of the 12 caps in parallel was causing the short. But it’s something we handle everyday here at . Glad to have this by fully functional again.

The velocity pads on drum machines are prone to wearing out and eventually they won’t trigger anymore. We replaced the pads and cleaned the contacts on this Roland MC 909 Groovebox.

We dropped in a couple new Eminence Legend speakers in this Ampeg SVT 215E cab with excellent results. It sounds incredible and will handle 700 watts all day long. Condor is an authorized Eminence dealer so if you have any questions or want to fit some fresh speakers in your amp, cab, monitor, etc. give us a call. We are happy to help.
