The Seattle housing market is still leaning in favor of sellers this summer, even as things cool slightly from spring. Here’s where we stand:

📆 Days on Market: Homes are selling in about 2–3 weeks on average.
📈 Seller’s Market: Inventory is up, but demand is still strong—most homes sell close to asking price, and competition remains steady.

👉 What this means: Sellers are still in the driver’s seat, but buyers are beginning to see a little more breathing room compared to last year.
