When shipping glazed artwork Mainframe suggests applying a low-tack tape to the surface in a criss-cross pattern before adding a support (such as a piece of cardboard or foamcore). This prevents any pieces of broken glass from dislodging in case glass breaks during transit. The adhesive of the tape is easily cleaned with glass cleaner and a soft cloth. According to Mike Starr's mom Gayle, it wasn't easy to get Sean to crack a smile on film. She asked Paul how he did it. He said it was pretty easy if you worked on their level-- just drop your drawers.
