When Seattle gives us cold and dark winter days, we cook Korean hot pots!
Revel is excited to bring back our winter Korean hot pot series. Plenty for one and enough to share, join us for next few weekends for winter’s ultimate comfort food!
1/08-09: 해물탕
Scallop mandoo hot pot with shrimp, rainbow Swiss chard (sorry if you have missed it😅)
1/16-17: 두부소고기전골
Tofu and beef hot pot with shiitake mushroom, glass noodles 📷
1-23-24: 삼계탕
Ultimate chicken and rice hot pot with ginseng, dates, sticky rice
1/30-31: 감자탕
Bone in pork and potato hot pot with kimchi, perilla seeds
