When Seattle gives us cold and dark winter days, we cook Korean hot pots!

Revel is excited to bring back our winter Korean hot pot series. Plenty for one and enough to share, join us for next few weekends for winter’s ultimate comfort food!

1/08-09: 해물탕
Scallop mandoo hot pot with shrimp, rainbow Swiss chard (sorry if you have missed it😅)
1/16-17: 두부소고기전골
Tofu and beef hot pot with shiitake mushroom, glass noodles 📷
1-23-24: 삼계탕
Ultimate chicken and rice hot pot with ginseng, dates, sticky rice
1/30-31: 감자탕
Bone in pork and potato hot pot with kimchi, perilla seeds
2/6-7: 부대찌게
Korean army stew, all fixings

Revel is closed on 12/30-31 so we could open the door for the first time on the New Year’s Day!!!

We are offering a special good luck rice cake soup with our short rib wontons and roasted bone marrow, to help you start year 2026 properly!!

We’re so excited to talk about our very favorite food this Saturday at REVEL. 11/22 is official Kimchi Day, celebrating K Culture and Food , the tradition of Gimjang, and yes… 22 amazing health benefits of kimchi! 💪

Come by and dig in plenty of kimchi at Revel. We will have special Kimchi Jjigae with soft tofu, perilla powder, and garlic chive as well as half off on our Kimchi sampler!
