Feeling intimidated? No need to worry, you choose your weights, set your pace and work to your person Test your superpowers during HIIT Lab’s 60-minute workout.

You’ll run, squat, jog, lift, cycle and maybe even dance a little, all while strengthening your heart, burning tons of calories and building muscle. Our class of up to 20 people begins with half of the class killing it on one of our fierce Woodway™ Treadmills or Wattbikes™, while the other half is rockin’ some strength training. Join us for a special donation based HIIT class led by our very own Instructor Michaela, where every movement and high-five helps make a difference.

We’re hosting two opportunities to sweat for a great cause:

These classes support Cheer Seattle , an all-adult nonprofit cheerleading organization founded on the belief that joy is a powerful act of visibility and love. Through their performances and outreach, Cheer Seattle raises critical funds and awareness for the LGBTQIA+ community while bringing energy, inclusion, and encouragement wherever they go.

So we’re jumping on the bandwagon with a new challenge in a match pitting the Central District vs. West Seattle. Details are above as well as in-studio. As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we want to remind our community that caring for your mind is not limited to one month on the calendar.

Movement is about so much more than physical strength. It’s about creating space to breathe, reset, reconnect, and simply be.
Whether you walk through our doors for the workout, the energy, the community, or a moment for yourself — know that it matters.

We encourage you to continue prioritizing your mental well-being in whatever ways serve you best 😌

He’s up when most of us are still asleep — often getting in a warm-up run before stepping foot in the studio. So at 5am, Tristan does seem intimidatingly superhuman but if you get a chance to chat with him, you’ll learn he’s one of the nicest humans around. A man of few words, his actions speak volumes. More than the monster inclines, it’s his consistency that is most impressive. Thanks for continuing to show up again and again! The rest of us may not win Base to Space (okayyy, none of us will😆) but we can all keep showing up 🚀

Donations dropped 🥫If you’ve never been, it’s an incredible facility that serves so. many. people. They also have a donor wall and it was amazing to see the names of so many HIIT LAB members — past and present — who helped make this gorgeous building a reality.

Our community is about so much more than working out together under the blue lights. It’s about showing up for each other, lifting up our neighbors, and making an impact together. We could not be more proud to serve alongside all of you.

Thank you for proving, once again, that this community shines far beyond the studio walls. 🫶

Stephanie is one of our dedicated 6AM crew—showing up before the sun with focus, grit, and unstoppable drive. Whether she’s crushing it on the bike, owning the tread, or moving serious weight, she’s always leveling up and lifting everyone around her right along with her.
