Happy Arbor Day!

Planting trees today means stronger forests tomorrow. Arbor Day reminds us why replanting, stewardship, and long-term care matter so much. In 2025, we planted over 8 million trees as part of our commitment to sustainable forestry and healthy working forests.

Today we celebrate new growth, strong roots, and the forests we’re proud to care for.

A curious Northern Spotted Owl fledgling rests in a tree in California’s Boulder Creek area, an example of how wildlife conservation extends beyond parks and protected areas.

Private working forests play a critical role by providing diverse habitat and connecting public lands, parks, and other wild areas. Together, these forests form a healthy, connected landscape where wildlife can thrive.
