I am absolutely bursting at the seams to share this with our incredible community!
Let's be real for a second—food truck life is not for the weak. I always joke that I am basically a traveling carny running a pink high circus show! 🎪💕 But all the chaos, the sweat, and the long hours make moments like this worth every single second.
Some of you might remember when Pie Bar made history as the very first food truck ever allowed inside Lumen Field. Well, because of that success and all of our hustle, the universe has opened up an opportunity that feels completely surreal...
Lumen Field asked us back, and Pie Bar is officially going to be a vendor at the WORLD CUP! 🌎🏆
Even better? We won't be tucked away somewhere hidden. Our food truck will be parked right as you walk through the main gates. The absolute second the world steps into Lumen Field, they will be greeted by the warm aroma of our pies. We are literally the welcome committee!
What makes this milestone truly unforgettable is who I get to share it with. My son has poured so much hard work into helping me run these trucks over the years. He came back from college specifically to stand by my side and work this iconic event together. Having him here in the trenches of our pink circus show to experience this with me means absolutely everything to this mama's heart.
Pouring my soul into this business and watching it reach the global stage is the honor of a lifetime. Thank you to everyone who has cheered us on and been a part of this wild ride.

Meet the Pie Bar S’mores Pie! 🥧🏕️ This isn't just dessert; it's our signature sugar and booze hospitality on a single plate.
We built this massive slice with a ridiculously rich, velvety chocolate fudge center that melts in your mouth. We piled it sky-high with fresh whipped cream, smothered it in soft mini marshmallows, drenched it in thick dark chocolate drizzle, and heavily dusted it with golden graham cracker crumble for that perfect campfire crunch.
Pair this sassy chocolate mountain with a black manhattan. The bite of a perfectly mixed drink cutting right through the sweet marshmallow and rich fudge is absolute magic. ✨

Today is about family, roots, and profound gratitude. This Memorial Day, I am taking a step back from the daily grind to simply honor the incredible men who laid the foundation of my family's legacy and served this country with absolute heart.
I am remembering my grandfathers, Samuel and Ray Maylor, whose pioneer spirit on Whidbey Island is the bedrock of everything I build today.
I am honoring my grandfather, Barney Bleifuss, who brought his fire and dedication to Top Gun right here at Whidbey Island.
And I am paying deep respect to Gary Ellsworth Patrick—Corporal in the US Army Airborne, who served in Korea, and was the most devoted husband and loving father.
These men weren't just soldiers; they were builders, protectors, and the ultimate inspiration for our family. Every business I run and every space I build is an extension of their hard work.
As a federal contractor, having the opportunity to bring my operations back to Oak Harbor and serve the exact same military community that Samuel, Ray, Barney, and Gary dedicated their lives to is the greatest honor I could ask for. It is a beautiful full-circle moment to be working on the same land they loved.
To the men and women currently serving our country, and to the grandfathers who paved the way for me to build my dreams: thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Hey Bellingham!
Brewfest is hands down my favorite event of the entire year. There is just something about the energy of this community and the spirit of this festival that fills my heart every single time we pull up.
A massive, heartfelt thank you goes out to Bridgette Parsons and Max Higbee for running this incredible event and inviting us back year after year. Your dedication makes this magic possible, and we are so incredibly grateful to be part of the family you’ve built here. It is an honor to support the Max Higbee Center and the vital work being done for our community.
The best part? We aren’t leaving when the festival ends. This summer, our food truck is officially making Bellingham its permanent home! We’ve fallen in love with this city, and we are so excited to be a part of your lives every single day.

A huge congratulations to Macklemore, the team at The Shop, and the incredible mission of Bridges! Seeing everyone come together was a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when we lead with heart.
