Readers, this one’s for you!

Thanks to feedback from our members, we’ve selected, “The Remote Facilitator’s Pocket Guide” by Kirsten Clacey and Jay Allen-Morris as the first book to kick off our IABC Seattle book club on March 2.

This is a quick read -- our head of events and education, Jacqueline Farrington, said she read it in a weekend!

As a comms pro, it's likely that you run frequent meetings. This book provides actionable guidance on how to navigate personal and technical factors AND includes insights on making remote meetings even better by considering diversity of culture, location and personalities.

This title is full of practical information you can use and share throughout your organization to more effectively facilitate remote meetings.

We love this book because it offers insight and tools for both experienced and novice facilitators.

RSVP and join us using the link on our events page: https://iabcseattle.com/event-calendar

P.S. Even if you don't finish the book in time, or don’t have time to read it, join us anyway! There will be plenty of takeaways to be gained from our group discussion.
