Bristol Bay salmon with local pumpkin gnocchi, lemon cream leek sauce

Squid ink gnocchetti served on a bed of crab-cognac bisque and Dungeness crab 🦀 meat and micro sorrel

Seared Muscovy duck breast, Marsala wine and mushroom sauce, finished with locally grown edible flowers.
